Helping Children and Families Thrive

Every child deserves the chance to feel healthy, confident, and resilient. Nutrition plays a powerful role in shaping how kids grow, learn, focus, and even connect with others. Yet for many families, mealtime can feel like a daily challenge—limited food variety, digestive discomfort, or the endless worry about whether a child is “getting enough.”

At Seedlings Nutrition, I believe that families shouldn’t have to navigate these struggles alone. My role is to translate complex science into clear, realistic steps that work in your everyday life. Instead of one-size-fits-all advice, I focus on creating personalized nutrition strategies that honor your child’s individuality while respecting your family’s routines, values, and stress levels.

Support may look different for every family. For some, it’s guiding a child with autism or ADHD toward foods that support focus, mood, and energy. For others, it’s helping a toddler expand beyond five “safe foods” without fear or tears. It may also mean untangling chronic digestive issues, addressing food sensitivities, or strengthening a child’s immune system to reduce sick days.

No matter where your family is starting, my goal is to help you feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. Together, we’ll create a path that feels doable, supportive, and designed for long-term health—not quick fixes.

Who I Work With

I specialize in supporting children, as well as families who want to lay a strong foundation for lifelong health. Common areas of focus include:

  • Picky eating and mealtime stress

  • Digestive health issues (constipation, diarrhea, bloating, reflux)

  • ADHD, autism, and other developmental differences

  • Food sensitivities and elimination diets

  • Immune resilience and frequent illness

  • Growth concerns and nutrient deficiencies

  • Metabolic health (blood sugar, energy, healthy weight balance)

My Approach

Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all. I combine advanced clinical training with practical strategies that fit into busy family life. Every plan is individualized and may include:

  • Detailed nutrition assessments

  • Review of lab work or functional testing

  • Supplement and herbal recommendations

  • Education for parents on how to apply strategies at home

  • Ongoing support to track progress and make adjustments

My philosophy is simple: make nutrition accessible, empowering, and sustainable. I want parents to feel confident, not overwhelmed.

What I Specialize In

I’ve designed my practice around the areas where children and families need the most support:

  • Pediatric Nutrition for Complex Needs – Children don’t always fit into neat boxes. I work with kids who have chronic conditions, food sensitivities, growth challenges, or overlapping health issues. My role is to uncover root causes and build individualized nutrition plans that support resilience and thriving.

  • Positive Feeding Strategies – Mealtime shouldn’t feel like a battle. I help parents create positive, low-stress feeding routines that support healthy eating habits without pressure. From picky eating to sensory sensitivities, I provide creative, flexible approaches that make food enjoyable again.

  • Nutrition for Developmental Differences – Every child deserves to feel their best. I specialize in supporting children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs through nutrition strategies that target brain function, focus, mood, and overall wellbeing.

  • Digestive Health Support – The gut is central to so many aspects of health. I work with families to address constipation, diarrhea, bloating, reflux, and microbiome imbalances, always looking at both diet and lifestyle patterns. Supporting digestive health lays the groundwork for improved immunity, energy, and mood.

  • Integrative Herbal Support – As part of my supervised herbal training, I offer separate herbal consultations that focus on safe, traditional plant-based approaches. These are not replacements for medical care, but they offer families another layer of support alongside nutrition and healthcare.

What to Expect

Initial appointments focus on listening: I’ll learn about your child’s history, symptoms, current eating patterns, and your family’s unique routines. From there, we’ll identify the root causes of concerns and create a plan that feels realistic and achievable.

Follow-up sessions provide ongoing support, adjustments, and encouragement as you put recommendations into practice.

Appointments are conducted virtually for convenience, making it easier to access care from home without added stress.
